Cancellation Policy

At ProTek Appliance Repair Inc., we strive to provide prompt and reliable service while respecting the time of both our customers and technicians. To help us maintain efficient scheduling, we ask that customers provide adequate notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Standard Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Same-Day Appointments

For appointments booked on the same day as the service visit, we require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

After-Hours Cancellations

If you need to cancel outside of our regular business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail or send an email that includes:

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Our technicians reserve time specifically for your appointment and often travel significant distances to provide service. To help offset scheduling and travel costs, a service call fee of $80 plus applicable taxes may be charged in the following circumstances:

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. ProTek Appliance Repair Inc. reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion in cases involving genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
